Day One: Complete onboarding paperwork and familiarize yourself with the Danson environment and your colleagues. 

Day 91: After your probationary period, you’ll participate in a two-way evaluation with management to discuss your performance and overall fit at Danson. This is an opportunity for you to share your feedback as well. 

One-Year Anniversary: Celebrate your first year with a review alongside the Board of Directors and the PO&PR Department Head. Discuss your accomplishments, identify areas for improvement, and transition your employment to a permanent contract.
