Culture & Career
Since 2007, minds, hearts and hands have shaped and nourished Danson into how we are today. Danson’s working environment helps us grow by learning from each other from professional and interpersonal skills to maintaining positive attitude towards life.
Core values
At Danson we respect our members’ differences and are guided by our 5 core values:
Listening
We practice listening to understand rather than to respond. Listening helps us practice empathy and cultivate each individual’s emotional intelligence.
Learning
Have we grown up by learning from clients, partners, colleagues and others not only in professional manners but also everyday life attitudes.
Integrity
We are aware and proud of our role and responsibility in participating in the process of disseminating communication messages to improve the health and quality of life of the community in general, including ourselves, families and loved ones.
Curiosity
We always ask questions when we are not sure. Every question can prevent an incident from happening, improve the quality of work, motivate us to find answers together, and be a solution to a problem that many are concerned about.
Trust
We put absolute faith in the creativity, passion and sense of responsibility of each member. We always believe in life’s positive functioning and people’s kindness.
