Salary and Income

Salary and income are clearly stated in the labor agreement between you and Danson and are considered confidential information. Details of your income, including allowances and deductions (if any), are described in the Payslip sent to your email on payday.

Salary and income adjustments are reviewed annually at the beginning of the calendar year for each employee, and there is no automatic salary increase.

Bonus

Danson maintains a bonus system for all members based on overall business results and individual contributions to the company’s growth. Common types of bonuses at Danson are:

• 13th-month salary
• Project-based performance bonus
• Overall business performance bonus

Promotion

Danson values employee promotion as a recognition of individual achievements, personal development, and contributions to the company’s growth through specific metrics such as revenue and cost management efficiency. Promotion comes with higher salary and income, opportunities to be nominated for higher management positions, and other benefits as regulated. However, to be promoted, employees need to continuously improve their leadership and professional skills to demonstrate their ability to take on additional responsibilities.
