In 2020, Danson participated in the Reduce Salt for Health campaign in Vietnam as a strategic communications partner. The goal was to support the World Health Organization in Vietnam, the Department of Preventive Medicine – Ministry of Health, and Resolve to Save Lives in reducing the prevalence of high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke in Vietnam. The project aimed to enhance the capacity of the nationwide community healthcare system through education and communication to change the excessive salt consumption habits of Vietnamese people, thereby preventing non-communicable diseases.
Danson developed a comprehensive communications strategy and managed the production and distribution of engaging content on social media platforms to raise public awareness about the risks of high salt intake, emphasizing the importance of monitoring salt consumption and forming low-salt eating habits by incorporating low-salt recipes into daily meals.
