Work Policy
Working Hours
The standard workday at Danson is 8 hours, Monday through Friday, within the following timeframe:
- Morning: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM
We understand the diverse needs of our employees and clients, so we offer a flexible work policy to accommodate different schedules and time zones. This fosters a culture of trust and accountability while ensuring seamless communication and employee safety. However, we ask that you share your work schedule with your manager and colleagues for transparency and coordination.
Overtime
Overtime work, including holidays and weekends, is compensated with time off or overtime pay at a rate of 1.5 to 3 times your regular hourly rate. The total combined hours of regular and overtime work should not exceed 12 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and 200 hours per year. Prioritize your well-being by taking compensatory time off within the same month, reserving the accumulation of time off for exceptional circumstances.
Work From Home, Remote Work
Danson allows employees to work from home or remotely in cases such as epidemics, natural disasters, or with the approval of the Board of Directors. This aims to maintain business operations and serve customers effectively, even in the face of disruptions.
When You Are Sick or Have Health Problems
When you are sick, please notify your direct manager and the administrative department. Carefully review the guidelines on different types of leave to utilize your benefits when you have health problems and need rest and recovery.
When You Have Vacation Plans
Danson encourages employees to travel and take vacations. We support each other in fulfilling our vacation plans. You can always take a long vacation, provided you share and announce your plan in advance to arrange work and ensure your team has a backup plan for your absence.
